The 48 sq.m. room (about 517 sq.f) is located on the third story and displays an average ceiling height of about 3 meters (about 10 feet).
This room provides with the feeling to be in an eagle’s nest in the center of Siena with breathtaking views looking South at the San Francesco Church’s façade and Santa Maria in Provenzano Church, and looking West at La Torra del Mangia de la Piazza del Campo and the iconic Tuscan landscape (the Monte Amiata which geological activity provides with thermal water the South of Tuscany can be seen).

The bathroom in a classic style opens up on the dome of the Santa Maria in Provenzano Church and the Senese Hills: a place to meditate and dream.
An entire wall has been preserved in its raw brick appearance and testifies of the historical changes in the windows and doors openings over the past centuries. At night, this historical witness is highlighted by a discrete light installation.
The king size bed sits in the middle of the room in bias so each side can enjoy this unique view and take all the energy in. The room is packed with design and refinement: a glass desk, armchairs very design Ester in red leather by the 2013 Good Design Award winner Patrick Jouin, wardrobe in the form of a stack of leather suitcases in green shades by Maarten de Ceulaer for Casamania, the doubled-curtains made of Venetian fabric from the nearly two-century old landmark Venetian house Rubelli.
The floor is in the original terra cotta Mattone. The ceiling follows the roof slope in a traditional Tuscan style, with wooden beams.
