A great event will enlighten this autumn in Tuscany: from 29th October to 30th November the Siena Art Photo Travel Festival will take place in the marvelous medieval city!

A great opportunity for photography lovers coming to Siena from all over the world. An entire month full of events: the exhibition “Beyond the Lens” with the best pictures presented at the Siena International Awards contest, innovative guided tours of the region, post-production classes, workshops, lectures held by prestigious photographers and exhibitions with best authors’ masterpieces.  An unforgettable experience, tailor-made for photography lovers, which will give you the chance to get to know one of the most beautiful places on earth, through the fantastic art of photography. The first goal of the festival is to combine the international event and the name of Siena, place of great inspiration for photography research and not forgetting the Palio, the unique horse race which shows the deepest soul of the city.

The marvelous medieval Tuscan city with the castles and villages of the surroundings, the vineyards of Chianti and Montalcino areas, offer a wonderful glimpse which has inspired international authors for centuries and has been chosen by international brands for their successful advertisements.

This event wants to be a tribute to the visual art and it consists of many workshops, photo tours, seminars, lectures, showings, and important moments like the awarding ceremony, closing the 2016 edition of Siena International Photography Awards, recognized as one of the most attractive in the worlds. 45 thousand pictures coming from 127 countries are competing. Siena Art Photo Travel will offer a special opportunity to deepen photography technique in direct contact with international artists.
